If there isn't a group in your area at the present time, it may be helpful for some women to see a qualified counsellor for more personal face to face support, help and strategies.

We can supply contact details for suitably qualified counsellors. We have several counsellors around the Wellington region with experience and expertise in PND who are willing to see women at a reduced fee if paying for full cost counselling is difficult.

PND may be impacting on your relationship and we now have a counsellor who can provide couples counselling, and again, this can be offered at a reduced fee if paying for full cost counselling is difficult.

All counsellors are Members or Applicant Members of New Zealand Association of Counselling. As part of the NZAC Code of Ethics these counsellors all receive regular supervision from other qualified counsellors and undertake continuing professional development to ensure the highest possible standards.
