Post & Ante-Natal Distress Support Group (Wellington) Inc. produces a quarterly newsletter. This can be downloaded in PDF format or emailed in Word to you or your organization.

The Newsletter is aimed at anyone who has experience of, or an interest in Post and Ante Natal Distress. It is filled with information, tips, articles and some local information about therapy groups.
